During a session, we work with the body’s energetic system to identify and release trapped emotional energy that may be affecting your physical, emotional, or mental well-being. Using muscle testing and focused intention, we locate imbalances and release them so the body can return to a more natural state of balance.

A typical session lasts about one hour.
At the time of your booking, I will be working on your session. You do not need to be present or doing anything specific — you can simply continue with your day as usual.
Once the session is complete, you will receive a summary by email, along with a voice message on WhatsApp where I explain everything that came up during the session and the energetic imbalances that were addressed.
This allows you to fully understand the work that was done and the shifts that occurred during the session.

Yes. Energy is not limited by physical distance. Sessions can be done just as effectively online as in person. Many clients experience powerful shifts even when working remotely.
